Client changes

- hitting enter on the numpad now works properly

- also hitting backspace without typing no longer makes a random character show up.

- adjusted the scaling

- adjusted the minimap position

- fixed slow typing in the input area

- client frame rate is now 200 fps

- all keys are repeatable now

- Readme is the only thing that shows when the game opens so everyone knows how to use macros, i will add an option to configure these settings at some point.

Today marks the day where we launch the FA Launcher. It's our client patch/updater as well.
