Comin in with a small hot fix

1. • major overhaul to the way game handles networking
   • major overhaul to combat
   • major overhaul of the chat system
   • new admin commands added
   • press p for party window
   • chat now resizeable and moveable
   • new bot commands added to Grimoire
   • several more QOL improvements
2. • Fixed chat floating texts
   • Added more drops to npcs for all classes
   • Added colorized rarities by stats
   • added coorized rarities ot status menu
   • added colorized rarities to inventory
   • fixed spells not able to be used unless you bought them, which we no longer do.
   • Holy Light and divine Shield now work
   • Holy light heald 25% hp, and divine shield reduces dmg by 25%
   • all packet sends are on the new network style now.
