Turn based combat done and reworked how combat is handled
Debuffs added to combat for player and npc (counter, defend, attack, special attacks)
Magic shop added to town menu
Buy spell system
Spell damage system
Fleeing system
Added Mana and Max Mana
Added spell animations to the animation state
Fixed a buncha bugs regarding player data
Online player list now autmatically populates
